Delivery of your completed order will occur through one of the following methods:
- Direct download access through our website or client portal
- Email delivery containing the completed product or download instructions
- Secure file-sharing link sent to your registered email address
Confirmation of Delivery
Delivery of your purchased product or service is considered successfully completed when:
- You are provided with direct access to download your order through our website or portal, OR
- An email containing your completed order, download link, or delivery instructions is sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Your ability to access, open, or download the delivered files constitutes confirmation that the order has been successfully delivered.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and active email address
- Monitor spam, junk, or filtered folders for delivery emails
- Ensure that their device and internet connection allow file downloads
- Follow all provided download or access instructions
Failure to Receive Delivery
If you do not receive your completed order or delivery instructions, you must contact our support team within five (5) calendar days from the date your order was marked as completed or delivered.

Presumed Delivery
If you do not contact OwnEditors within five (5) calendar days regarding a missing delivery, the order will be considered:
- Successfully delivered
- Received by the customer
- Accepted as complete

If you experience technical issues accessing your delivered order, OwnEditors will provide reasonable assistance to help resolve access problems, provided that you notify us within the required reporting timeframe.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timeframes depend on the service level and turnaround time selected during checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided before order confirmation and begin once all required materials and information are received from the customer.
